This letter, signed by First Focus and many other organizations and individuals representing a spectrum of political and religious views, expresses serious concerns with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) response to the development and dissemination of the list of some 1300 Hispanic residents of Utah purported to be in the United States unlawfully.
