ICE Workplace Raids: Their Impact on Children, Families, and Communities

In the last five years, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has increased worksite immigration enforcement measures. Although undocumented adult workers are the direct targets, the rights of American citizens, those who need to be safeguarded the most – children – are being compromised.

On May 20, First Focus submitted testimony for the U.S. House of Represenatives Workforce Protections Subcommittee of the Committee on Education and Labor.
